The Logistics template is dedicated for all issues relating to Mainfreight Logistics.
These issues can be related to the delivery order or products within the warehouse.

Consignment note number:
Enter the consignment note number the issue is related to.
Location:
Enter the consignee's location.
Consignee:
The consignee is the person to whom the shipment is to be delivered to.
Enter the consignee's name.
Product code:
Enter the product code of the product on this consignment.
Order number:
Enter the order number associated with this consignment.
Cross reference:
Use this field to enter the ID of anything that also relates to this issue.
Customer reference:
Use this field if you have a reference number relating to this issue.
Return consignment note number:
If freight is being returned use this field to record the consignment number.
Claim value:
Use this field if you're claiming expenses for damaged or lost freight; enter the value of the claim.
New details:
This area allows you to enter details relating to the issue.
Information typed in the details area will be added to the Issues details history.
