Close an issue
Closing an issue is the responsibility of the person who created it.
If you're finished with an issue, assign it back to the creator to close it.
To close an issue click on the drop down arrow next to Status and change it to closed.
Once the issue is closed it is considered finished.
Recording a resolution
It's important that the resolution is recorded for every issue.
To report a resolution click on the drop down box next to the ‘Resolution’ field and choose the most appropriate option.
Then enter a short description of the actions taken to resolve the problem.
