The pickup template gives customers the ability to order a pickup or specify an amendment to a previous pickup.

If you're arranging to pickup something that has already been delivered, then enter the original connote number in this field.

 

If return - Original Order Number:

If you're arranging to pickup something that has already been delivered, then enter the original order number in this field.

 

Charge code: * (Mandatory field)

Enter the code to the account that will be charged for this devliery.

 

Pickup code: * (Mandatory field)

This field refers to the pickup address code.

If there isn't one available, select other.

 

Pickup company: * (Mandatory field)

Enter the name of the company at the pickup address.

 

Pickup contact: * (Mandatory field)

Enter the name of the person, who the driver must speak to at the pickup address.

 

Contact phone:

Enter the phone number of the pickup contact.

 

Pickup location: * (Mandatory field)

Use this field to enter an area at the pickup address.

Example:  Reception or warehouse door 4.

 

Address details:

Use the following fields to specify the pickup address.

Pickup address line 1: Enter the street address in this field.

Pickup address line 2: Use this field if you need additional space for the street address.

Pickup suburb: Enter the suburb in this field.

Location: Use this field for additional address details.

Pickup post code: Enter the post code in this field.

State code: Enter the state code or state name in this field.

Enter the order number for this pickup.

Use this field to specify the number of items being picked up.

Approximate weigh (kg):

Enter the approximate weight in kilograms in this field.

 

Approximate measure (m3):

Enter the approximate dimensions of the item(s) being picked up.

 

DG class:

Use this field to specify the dangerous goods class.

 

F'stuffs:

 Tick this field if the items are food stuffs.

 

Date ready: * (Mandatory field)

Use this field to specify the date the items will able to be picked up.

 

Time pickup is ready: * (Mandatory field)

Use this field to specify the time items will able to be picked up.

 

Last time for pickup:

Use this field to specify the last possible time the item could be picked up.

 

Customer reference:

Use this field if the customer has their own reference number associated with this pickup.

 

Delivery to:

Enter the delivery details for this pickup.

 

Special instructions:

Use this field if the customer has a particular set of rules about how a pickup can be done.

Enter any other information relating to this pickup here.
