Re-open a closed issue
Note that issues can only be re-opened by the person who created or actioned the issue.
To re-open a closed issue, first click on the closed issues tab.
Then open the issue you wand to reactivate.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on the Reopen Task button.
This will reset the issue's status back to active.
