Adjust Thermal Label Offset Printer Setting

1. Open the Control Panel, under Hardware and Sound click [View devices and printers].

2. Right click on the thermal printer and click on [Printing Preferences].

3. On the Printing Preferences page under Page Setup click on [Advanced Options].

3.1 You can align the label up or down (Vertical Offset) and left or right (Horizontal Offset) with these values.

 
4. Once you enter the value you want click on OK [1] and then click OK [2] again as shown below.

 
 
 
The same also needs to be repeated for the Printing Defaults.
 
5 . Right click on the thermal printer again and click on [Printing Properties].

 
6. Under the Advanced Tab, click on [Printing Defaults] and under Page Setup click on [Advanced Options]  
 
6.1 Enter the same offsets here as you did in step 3.1

7. Test print a label to ensure you are happy with how it looks.
